What should I bring to class?

Yoga mat, a water bottle and face towel for wiping your sweat.

Do you have yoga mat rentals?

Yes, we have yoga mat rentals and yogitoe towels for rent, $2 each.

Is there an etiquette in class to follow?

Yes! Please be mindful of others in class. There is no talking in class, no cell phones in class and we ask that you silence your phone in the lobby. We ask that you don’t leave the room early, and if you do so please inform the instructors by getting their attention discreetly. If you leave the room we ask that you sit on the benches outside the room so the instructor can see you, and never leave the facility. If you would like to use the space to photograph yourself please do so after class or before class.

How early can I show up for class?

The studio doors open as soon as the instructor gets there, but we are open at least 15 mins before each class start time.

Do I have to book ahead of time?

No, but it is encouraged. For any reason we have to cancel the class or make a change to the class, the only way to be notified is if we know you are coming.

How to book a class?

You can book a class online directly through our website, under “schedule”. You can also download the Wellness Living Achieve app in the app store on your phone, find our studio and sign in. But of course, you can also just walk-in.

Can I just walk in?

Yes, but it’s always good to know you are coming, so booking ahead of time is best.
